Returns

For any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 14 days after receiving the product(s) for a 15% restocking fee. 

All product(s) must be in its original, sellable condition. If you have put the tires on a car and already drove (if it has more wear than when it was shipped to you), that would not be returnable unfortunately, and in that case we will not be able to process the return and the merchandise will be sent back at the buyer's expense. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs to our office in Santa Ana, CA.

Errors in your order caused by GoUsedTires will qualify for a free return/exchange depending on inventory availability and your choice. 

If you would like to request an exchange for a product, please contact us. The product(s) must also still be in its original condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for the exchange.

Before returning or exchanging a product(s), please contact us to issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Any returns or exchanges sent back without an RMA are subject to additional processing fees.

Once your return is received and inspected (within 24 hours of receipt), you will be refunded via the original payment method you used.
