Tires paid for before 2pm Pacific leave the shop the same business day. After that they go out on the next one.

How long FedEx then takes is FedEx's business, not ours, so we do not put a delivery date on it. What we can promise is the day it leaves here.

What happens after you order

From the counter to your door

Four steps, and the only one we control is the first two.

  1. You pay

    Before 2pm Pacific on a working day, and the order is picked that afternoon.

  2. We pack and hand it over

    Same business day for anything paid before the cutoff. After 2pm, or at a weekend, it goes out on the next working day.

  3. FedEx carries it

    Ground service anywhere in the continental United States. The tracking number reaches you by email as soon as the label is made.

  4. It arrives when it arrives

    Transit time depends on the distance and on FedEx. We would rather say that than print a number we cannot keep.

What it costs

There is no flat rate, and there is no guessing

We do not publish a single shipping price because there is not one. Here is how it is worked out instead.

  • It depends on where and how heavy

    A tire is a bulky thing. The cost is worked out from your address and the weight of what is in the cart, so a single 15 inch tire across town is not priced like four 22 inch ones across the country.

  • You see it before you pay

    Enter your address at checkout and the shipping cost appears next to the total. Nothing is added afterwards.

  • Collecting is free

    Choose collection at checkout and there is nothing to pay for shipping. Orders are usually ready at the counter within 24 hours.

When will my order leave the shop?

Can I collect instead of having it shipped?

Yes. Choose collection at checkout and there is nothing to pay for shipping. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours at 302 E 1st St, Santa Ana, and we will let you know when yours is waiting.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, by email, as soon as the shipping label is created.

What if it arrives damaged or it is the wrong tire?

Tell us straight away and we will put it right at our cost. Anything that went wrong at our end is not your problem to pay for.
