FAST  SHIPPING

• We do SHIPPING only to the lower 48 contiguous states.
• All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS requires a physical address.
• We do not ship to PO BOX, APO, FPO, HI, AK, PR, GU or VI
• All orders placed before 2PM PST, will be shipped out the SAME DAY. UPS does not pick up orders on weekends and national holidays.
• The average time of delivery ranges between 1-6 business days.
• We are only able to ship to the billing address of the Credit Card or the confirmed address registered with PayPal.
• Orders above $500 in total value will require a signature at the time of delivery.
• Tracking information is emailed after order is confirmed.

RETURN / EXCHANGE

• 14 day return policy. Box and contents must not be damaged or missing.
• All sales are final after 14 days.
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, no exceptions.
• All returned products are inspected before any refund is issued.
• If a product is determined to have been tampered with or misused, no refund will be issued.
• All applicable warranties are handled through the original manufacturer unless otherwise specified.
• Returns of products represented accurately in the description are assessed a 20% restocking fee of the sale price. Shipping is non-refundable on such items.
